Tom French Flowers is a neighborhood florist shop that has been serving Richmond's 'Museum District' and beyond for fifteen years. Tom French was known for his beautifully unique arrangements, and developed a solid client base as well as many loyal employees. One such employee, Thomas Binns, learned the art of flower arrangement from Tom French, and now adds his own unique Southern flair to the arrangements as the current owner of the shop.
